How Cornerr Cut New SDR Ramp From Five Weeks to Twelve Days

At Cornerr.io we run cold calling for a handful of B2B clients at the same time. On a normal day one of our reps makes 70 to 90 dials across five or six accounts, each with a different buyer and a different pitch. The volume was never what hurt us. Holding the same quality across all of it was.
"The value is in what happens after the call. It tells my rep what to bring up next time and what to fix, so nobody is working off memory."
Alfredo Talib, Founder, Cornerr.io
What was breaking
Two things kept slipping. New reps took about five weeks to get good, because the only way to coach them was to sit and listen back to recordings one at a time, and we didn't have the hours for it. Then, once a rep was doing 80 calls a day, the follow up fell apart. You hang up, the next number is ringing, "I'll log it later" turns into never. We checked, and only about half our calls were getting a proper follow up.
What changed
We let Convinco take the work after each call. It gives us a clean transcript and a short read on what to do next: the objection that came up, what the prospect actually cared about, what to open with when we call back.
New reps now hit a good standard in about twelve days instead of five weeks, because every call comes back with notes they can learn from that day, not on Friday. And follow up went from half our calls to nine in ten, because nobody is writing it from scratch. It's done by the time they hang up.
Where we landed after three months
- New SDR ramp: about 5 weeks down to 12 days
- Follow up logged: roughly 50% of calls up to 90%
- Meetings booked per rep each week: 4 up to 7
- My time on call review: 6 hours a week down to under 2
It won't feed your reps lines while they're on a call, and we don't want it to. It earns its place in the two minutes after the call ends, which at this kind of volume is where the deal is won or lost.
Why we kept it
Our whole reputation as an agency is whether every rep sounds sharp on every client's calls. You can't coach that by hand once you're past two reps. With Convinco the reps stay on the conversation while it's live, and the next move is sitting there waiting the second they're done.
